RESERVATIONS & PAYMENT SCHEDULE
To avoid disappointment, we suggest booking early since we keep our group sizes small to provide personalized service. Call us at 1-800-388-3205 and we will confirm your reservation, over the telephone, with your Visa or MasterCard. A deposit of 33% of the total trip cost per person is required. Please make checks payable to Ladies on the Loose, LLC. The balance of the trip is due 90 days prior to the trip departure and may be paid by credit card or check. If your tour is within 90 days of booking, final payment is due at that time. With your authorization, we can automatically bill your credit card when the balance is due. If final payment is not received when due, Ladies on the Loose reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
Upon receipt of your deposit, we will mail your confirmation letter and trip packet full of useful information about your trip and departure date.
DOUBLE OCCUPANCY DISCOUNT
At Ladies on the Loose, all fees are published up front. You will not be penalized for traveling alone. However, we do offer a discount for double occupancy. So bring a friend and stay in the same room and we will pass the savings along to you. If you are traveling alone and wish to share a room, we will try to match you with a roommate. However, if a roommate is not available, the full price of the trip will be charged 30 days prior to your departure.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
If you need to cancel your trip, you should call Ladies on the Loose immediately; and then send notification in writing by e-mail, fax, or mail. Certain fees will apply, calculated as of the date we receive written notice of cancellation.
CANCELLATION FEE SCHEDULE
Minimum Fee $100
- 90 to 61 days before departure
25% of total tour price - 60 to 46 days before departure
50% of total tour price - 45 to 0 days before departure
100% of total tour price.
Exceptions to this cancellation policy cannot be made for any reason, including personal emergencies, illness or weather.
TRANSFERS
You may transfer to another trip that is within the same calendar year without penalty by notifying us of your wish to transfer 90 days or more prior to departure. After that time, our normal cancellation fees apply.
CANCELLED TRIPS
In the rare event that Ladies on the Loose must cancel a tour, all trip members will be notified a minimum of 15 days before the trip departs and will receive a full refund of payments made to Ladies on the Loose, which will constitute full settlement. Ladies on the Loose reserves the right to cancel any tour for any reason. Ladies on the Loose is not responsible for expenses incurred by guests in preparing for a canceled tour, including, but not limited to, non-refundable airline tickets, visa fees, inoculations, or for costs incurred due to travel delays, flight cancellations or illness.
TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE
We cannot emphasis enough the importance of purchasing Trip Cancellation and Interruption Insurance. We will enclose the necessary application forms in both your deposit confirmation package and your final payment package. Unfortunately, many things happen that might cause you to cancel your travel plans or cut them short, and if you do not have adequate protection, you can lose the vacation you have been looking forward to and your money, as well. It is a small price to pay to ensure that you have one less thing to worry about.
