What do I need to pack?
Each trip will be different, so we will provide a sheet in your confirmation packet with suggestions of what to pack and what materials to bring with you. And, as always, we are available to answer your individual questions, just give us a call!
Can I share a room?
At Ladies on the Loose, all fees include the cost of your room. You will not be penalized for traveling alone. However, we do offer a discount for double occupancy. So, if you bring a friend and stay in the same room, we will pass the savings along to you. If you are traveling alone and wish to share a room, we will try to match you with a roommate. However, if a roommate is not available, the full price of the trip will be charged 30 days prior to your departure.
Can I bring my children?
The only trips that will allow children will be clearly marked as Mommy and Me trips or Grandma and Me. All other trips require that the participant be 18 years of age or older with one exception, 17 year olds will be allowed when accompanied by their parent.
Can I bring my pet?
No, we cannot accommodate pets of any kind due to hotel rules.
If I book multiple trips,
is there a discount?
There is a frequent traveler discount. Ask us for more details!
What if I need to cancel?
If you need to cancel your trip, you should call Ladies on the Loose immediately; and then send notification in writing by e-mail, fax or mail. Certain fees will apply, calculated as of the date we receive written notice of cancellation. See our Terms and Conditions page for additional details.
